‘Blindspot’ spoilers: One familiar face will join Jaimie Alexander, cast for finale

Want to know who’s going to be coming back for the season 1 finale of “Blindspot“? Well, we’re happy to be providing some sort of answer to that right now.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Aimee Carrero is going to be returning for her role as hacker Ana Montes, who last surfaced earlier in the fall. She’s a character who fell in with the wrong crowd by accident during her last appearance on the show, but this time around she could be doing something in greater collaboration with Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander) when she is in a moment of crisis. When you think precisely about the fact that this is the finale, Jane’s probably going to be in even more danger than we’ve seen her in for quite a while. The show has to ratchet things up to another level of intensity in order to get people excited.

Does this appearance mean that we could get some other news in regards to seeing Ana in the future? We certainly hope so, since we feel like this is the sort of show who could certainly use a character with this sort of technical expertise. Typically if a character is going to be around for a finale, it typically means that producers are pretty high on what they bring to the table.

We’ll have some more news on the show as we move along through this season; after all, the finale is still ultimately a little ways away.
