‘Outlander’ season 2: See Sam Heughan highlights from ‘The Late Late Show’

Can you believe that we’re almost a week away from the premiere of “Outlander“? The great news that comes with that is that we’re going to start to be able to discuss specific episodes more so than individual scoop soon, and we’re also going to have some more videos to share courtesy of the press tour.

One such example of this comes below, as Sam Heughan (Jamie) appeared on “The Late Late Show with James Corden” last night alongside Luke Bryan and Rita Wilson. It’s a pretty random grouping of people who Corden got on his couch, but that’s what we like about it. While this structure is more familiar to people who watch “The Graham Norton Show” or other talk series in the UK, it’s not common practice for late-night shows in America to throw all of the guests on the coach at the same time. It leads to some livelier, interesting discussions that we don’t get to see elsewhere.

For example, in the videos below we get to hear about Wilson’s particular fandom regarding the show, and also a thing or two about how Luke and Sam handle all of the attention they receive from fans. Both of them experienced a surge in fame in a very short period of time, and with that of course came a rather large contingent of fans.

We imagine that we’ll have a whole lot more to share over the coming days; think of these videos for the time being as an appetizer for everything that is coming up. Being that this is also April Fools’ Day, isn’t it nice to have a little bit of a laugh?
