‘Arrow’ season 4 spoilers: Does Emily Kinney want to play Brie Larvin further?

Last night on “Arrow,” the world got a welcome reintroduction to the character of Brie Larvin played by Emily Kinney. She’s proven herself now to be a significant rival to Felicity Smoak, and given that this is someone who hasn’t had an adversary quite like this before, it is interesting to see her in this world.

So is it possible that we end up seeing her back on the show again someday? You can probably count on it, at least based on what Kinney had to say to TV Guide:

“I don’t see why not. I think it’s really, really fun … it’s not like anything else I get to do normally. It’s also just a great environment. All the actors on the show are really fun. The creators are super cool and nice. They write fun stuff. I would come back and work.”

Ultimately, we think that the only thing that could be holding her back in this department is her own schedule, based on whatever she has going on at the time. The good thing about “Arrow” is that while they have larger arcs and big bads, there are still handful of episodes throughout the season that rely more on one-shot villains. Brie is the perfect one of those, and given that the season 5 renewal has already happened, we have to expect some other opportunities coming in the future.

For the rest of the season, though, we do firmly expect the spotlight to be for the most part on the Damien Darhk character.
