‘The Walking Dead’ season 6 finale poster features Negan’s bat Lucille

For the time being, AMC is being at least partially secretive in setting up the story for the big season 6 finale of “The Walking Dead.” They’re really hesitant to show you the face of Negan, but at the same exact time they’ve got no problem at all showing you Lucille.

Case in point: The new photo below. This poster makes it very clear that Negan’s famed barbed-wire bat is going to be making its presence felt, more than likely in a terrifying way. We imagine that insofar as weapons go, there are more terrifying ones out there given that a gun can kill you on the spot. We imagine that with Lucille, it is more of a symbol than anything else of the sort of carnage that this man is capable of inflicting. Anyone who is able to conjure up this as an idea is a pretty-demented person, and that’s someone you want to watch out for.

There have been huge rumors as a result of Negan’s arrival that we could see a character death before the end of the season, but for the time being nothing is confirmed. The people who are clearly in the most danger right now could be those such as Daryl, Michonne, or Glenn, but of course the optimistic part of our brain wants to envision that they’ll make it through to season 7 alive.

We figure that we’ll have a chance to focus in more on what the finale is going to present over the coming days. Be on the lookout for that.
