Is ‘The Voice UK’ new tonight on BBC One?

For those of you who are looking for the completion of the Knockout Rounds on “The Voice UK” today, we come bearing a little bit of an update: There is no new installment arriving on BBC One today in its normal timeslot.

What’s the biggest reason why? It all really traces back first and foremost to rugby. Because of that coverage airing on the network over the course of Saturday, the singing show is being bumped to tomorrow at 9:45 p.m. local time.

Following this upcoming show, we will finally have our rosters together for the live shows, which will begin next Saturday. The remaining 12 contestants will then perform, and a handful of them will move onward to the semifinals. This is a show that could really use more live shows than they have, given that there is only so much time to get to know all of the remaining contestants. As a matter of fact, there is a massive problem as there is with the Knockouts in that these are really a metaphorical bloodletting for all fans of specific artists. These teams are getting narrowed down from eight people to three, and while there may be steals in the American version of the show at this phase, this is not really translating over across the pond.

We will have some more on the show and the rest of the competition soon, so for now our advice is to merely stay tuned for all of that!
