Is ‘Legends of Tomorrow’ episode 9 new tonight on The CW? A look at ‘Left Behind’

For the entirety of the past two months for the most part, we’ve had a great opportunity to see the first episodes of “Legends of Tomorrow” come on the air. Through that, we’ve had a really great chance to see some of what the show does magnificently, but also some of what the show is struggling with (continuity).

Unfortunately, you’re now going to be waiting for a little while to see some of the show’s next steps. There is no new episode airing tonight, and the same goes for a week from now. As for the reason why, the answer’s as simple as wanting the show to last until we get around to May sweeps.

If nothing else, we do have full-length promo March 31’s “Left Behind” below, and it should serve as a rather great reminder of what there is to look forward to … and there really is quite a bit. Some of our heroes are going to remained trapped for years in 1950’s Oregon, and in that time Ray Palmer and Kendra Saunders are going to grow closer. As for Sara Lance, something happens that does eventually compel her to find her way to Ra’s al Ghul. We’re seeing Matt Nable once more in this episode, and he is something we are definitely looking forward to seeing again. Granted, this doesn’t change his status in the present.

The only other thing that we can tease moving forward is a simple reminder that Jonah Hex is also coming on the show later this season! At some point, we are going into the Old West.
