‘Sleepy Hollow’ season 3 spoilers: First details on upcoming finale!

The third season of “Sleepy Hollow” has contained quite a few twists here and there, but at the core of the story has remained one central conflict: Pandora and The Hidden One. All of the forces are going to collide when the finale airs on April 8, and you don’t have to wait for any more details about that. Fox released this synopsis for it this week, and it offers a little more insight as to what Abbie and Ichabod are going to be facing:

“After a startling discovery, Abbie and Crane realize what they must do in order to make Pandora’s box complete again. Meanwhile, the team works tirelessly to stop The Hidden One, before he destroys all of humanity. Can the Witnesses succeed with the fate of the world in their hands once again?”

Probably the one said bit of news that we have to remind you of, unfortunately, when it comes to this episode is that it could also serve presumably as the series finale to go along with it being the end of the season. At the moment, Fox has not made it clear one way or another what the future of the show is going to be, so we do feel like ultimately it is best to consider all possible angles here … including that we could not be seeing more of the show on the air after this. Therefore, let’s hope for some sort of conclusion that ties together many loose ends.
