‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 3, episode 13 preview: Adrianne Palicki, Nick Blood, and ‘Parting Shot’

For everyone wanting some more news on “Agents of SHIELD,” every indication we have right now suggests that there is going to be a great installment coming next week … especially if you are a fan of Bobbi Morse and Lance Hunter. “Parting Shot” is the title, and you can see the official synopsis below:

“Bobbi and Hunter become ensnared in an assassination plot after tracking Malick to Russia. As S.H.I.E.L.D. races to save the lives on the line, the team is changed forever.”

Over the course of this episode, we could end up getting a few good reminders as to why a series featuring Adrianne Palicki and Nick Blood would work. While the two actors are not getting a backdoor pilot per se in the way that we’ve seen from some other actors in pilot season, you better believe that they are still going to have plenty of opportunities to shine in the second half of this season. Hopefully at some point this season we’ll learn for certain if the new show is picked up, and we hope that these two do remain a part of the show one way or another regardless. Ultimately, we imagine that this is something that we’re going to have some further updates on in the near future.

Ultimately, the latter part of the synopsis (quite an epic tease!) seems to suggest that even if you are not a Bobbi / Hunter fan, there will still be something that appeals to you.
