‘Quantico’ episode 14 preview: ‘Answer,’ Simon’s recovery, moving past latest death

Tonight’s episode of “Quantico” saw some enormous personal drama, and of course also a wide degree of danger … especially for the story of Alex and Natalie.

So moving into next week, apparently the ABC series really wants to try to divert attention from the Alex story for at least a minute or two. After all, how else do you explain the synopsis below? It doesn’t even mention Priyanka Chopra’s character in the slightest:

“At Quantico, the NATS team up for defensive driving lessons while tensions between Liam and Drew explode, resulting in shocking admissions and consequences. In the future, Simon grapples with his new reality in the aftermath of what’s transpired. Even though his friends try and help him, it’s uncertain he will ever be the same again.”

The show may need to take a few deep breaths right now, or at least you would think that given just what happened. Natalie is gone seemingly, and she is now being tasked presumably with having to do the terrorist’s bidding or more lives will be lost. It’s a terrible position for Alex (who is thankfully shown in the promo) to be in. How much is she in peril? We have to think quite a bit. The walls are starting to close in even more than they were before, and we’re now into what should be a very shocking back nine episodes. We’re going to have some other opportunities to share news on the show in the near future, so be on the lookout!
