‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 12 spoilers: ‘That 70’s Show’ alum Wilmer Valderrama signs on

Grey's AnatomyIs Wilmer Valderrama about to make his presence felt in a big way on “Grey’s Anatomy“? For the time being, that appears to be the case.

According to a new report coming in now via Variety, the former star of “That 70’s Show,” who has since appeared on “Minority Report” and a wide array of other series, is going to recur on some upcoming episodes in the part of Kyle Diaz. Unfortunately, there’s not too much else known about them. While this show was at one point reasonably liberal when it comes to some of the casting news that they would reveal, they’ve since become a little more hush-hush about things. The pattern is now a little more similar to “Scandal,” another show executive-produced by Shonda Rhines.

One of the best things that we can say at the moment about the remaining episodes is that, for the most part, there are still a lot of installments left. Thanks to the split-season format there is a lot to look forward to, and over the course of the next few weeks we should learn a thing or two about whether or not April tells Jackson about the baby, the status of Alex and Jo, and also if it is going to be possible for Owen and Riggs to ever really be on the same page once more.

We’ll have some other news when it comes to this role, and the remainder of the season, in the near future.
