‘Rizzoli & Isles’ season 6, episode 17 preview: First look at ‘Bomb Voyage’

There are only two episodes left when it comes to “Rizzoli & Isles” season 6, and here’s another somewhat-frightening thought when you pause to think about it: There are only 15 actual episodes left in the series as a whole. It’s a crazy thing to think about!

Based on the promo below, it also looks like we could be in for a particularly terrifying case in “Bomb Voyage” given how some of the ramifications for it could be earth-shattering, and really change the entire landscape of the series as we know it. Before we get too far down the rabbit hole, let’s go ahead and share the synopsis below for some news in terms of what you can expect to see:

“The clock is ticking as the team works to solve a murder with explosive consequences. Angela balks when Ron offers to take her on a romantic getaway.”

The fear here is something that is pretty obvious, but there is one thing that is not: Whether or not there will be any answers when it comes to Jane’s stalker in this episode. That is a subject that the show has remained for the most part pretty coy on, but we figure that there are going to be some answers on that eventually. We’ve heard that it could carry over into the seventh season, but of course you have to imagine that it’ll be touched on in some shape or form before then in the finale, which we’ll have some more news about later in the week.
