‘Scream Queens’ season 2 spoilers: Niecy Nash will join Lea Michele, Emma Roberts once more

Earlier this year, it was first announced that “Scream Queens” would be getting a second season, which was something that was certainly a surprise given that we weren’t quite sure that the ratings were going to allow that to happen. The only thing that was better than that was finding out that Lea Michele and Emma Roberts were both going to be returning to the show in some capacity.

Who’s set to now return them? Let’s talk about Niecy Nash! In a post on Twitter, it was confirmed that she will be returning as Denise for the upcoming second season of the show. This is glorious news! Nash was one of the scene-stealers for the majority of the first season, and we know that she’ll bring some tremendous comedy to really just about anything that she does. It’s a nice shot in the arm for the show as we start to figure out more of what the second season will look like.

At the moment, details about season 2 are fairly scarce other than a few little things here and there, including that we are going to be in a new hospital setting, and that some of the characters are going to be forced to combat what happened in season one in some interesting / surprising ways. As soon as we do have some further insight into the future of the show, including some casting news, you better believe that we’ll have the information for you here.
