‘NCIS’ season 13, episode 18 preview: The 300th episode (with Taye Diggs) around the bend

NCIS -Tonight, viewers of “NCIS” are getting a chance to dive into and enjoy the 299th episode of the series entitled “After Hours,” and it is a fun installment (at least in part) that shows off more of what some of these agents get a chance to do when they are not solving cases. This is a little bit of a classic twist on the established show concept.

Now, we’re moving into the 300th episode entitled “Scope” in two weeks’ time, and it definitely feels as though this is going to be a big one. After all, this is a great opportunity for us to see a little bit more of what the show was originally about, and that is honoring people in the military, and at times making sure justice for them is served. Sure, we do like to see our established characters and the photo above of Abby is fun, but we don’t want to lose sight of the primary focus here.

In the case you have not seen the official synopsis for this episode just yet, it gives us a reasonably good idea as to what you can expect:

“The NCIS team re-examines an ambush on a group of Special Ops snipers in Iraq after an American couple is attacked in the same area six months later. When Gibbs discovers he needs the account of the lone survivor, Marine Gunnery Sergeant Aaron Davis (Taye Diggs), he tries to connect with the wounded warrior who is being treated for PTSS at Walter Reed Medical Center.”
