‘The Good Wife’ season 7 spoilers: The latest drama awaiting Alicia Florrick
Even as we are nearing the end of its run on CBS, “The Good Wife” clearly has little to no interest at all in straying from what has made it such a hit show. Specifically, we’re talking here in terms of it still being about some characters trying to solve legal problems, with a big-name guest star or two coming on to play around with the cast. For the upcoming March 20 episode entitled “Shoot,” that someone is recent “Agents of SHIELD” star Blair Underwood.
If you’re curious in learning more, including what could stun none other than Alicia Florrick herself, check out the synopsis below:
“Diane, Cary and Lucca defend the grieving father of a shooting victim (Blair Underwood) in a defamation suit over a billboard he put up describing a gun store owner as a murderer. Also, a romantic rendezvous between Alicia and Jason is interrupted when Alicia learns that Grace is being accused of plagiarizing her college entrance essay.”
Why would this happen to Alicia? The only reason that we can think of for the most part here is something that ties back into what we’ve come to see from Peter Florrick on the show as of late. If someone is targeting him, it wouldn’t surprise us if that throws some scrutiny even on his children. Nobody is really ever safe the moment that the public starts to sniff out that you are potentially dishonest. They go after almost everyone close to you, and find a way to bring out as much misery as possible.
