‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: All about Caila Quinn’s (two?) dates with Ben Higgins

Overnight dates are coming on “The Bachelor” Monday night, and with that all of the remaining women are going to be doing understandably everything that they can to try to stand out. There’s not a lot of time remaining to make a big impression, so one of the big priorities is going to be finding a way to spend as much time with Ben Higgins as possible.

For Caila Quinn, much of her problem so far has been acting coy of her true feelings for him … but is that starting to change? Based on the official synopsis, it certainly seems so, but there are still some questions as to whether or not it is too little, too late for her to ultimately win him over:

“Ben shares an adventurous rafting trip down a jungle river with Caila, who is still struggling with the fact that there are other women vying for the Bachelor’s heart. Caila’s inability to share her insecurity is holding her back from expressing her true feelings to Ben. That night over a romantic dinner on the beach, Caila decides it’s now or never. Finally, with Ben’s patient persuasion, this beautiful bachelorette is able to share all the pent-up emotions she has had. Ben is overwhelmed, but will she have opened up in enough time?”

What makes Caila’s arc so interesting this week is that she will at some point later in the episode meet up with Ben once more, possibly thinking that she can get another chance to win him over after he spent time with Lauren Bushnell and JoJo Fletcher. She’s going to need every bit of time that she has, given that at the moment, we’d say that she is in the worst position of the remaining women.
