‘Survivor: Kaoh Rong’ episode 3 preview: Debbie and Joe on a mission; immunity idol time
Is there a pair of characters on “Survivor: Kaoh Rong” quite like Debbie Wanner and Joe Del Campo? They are like watching the stars of an old-school police drama cracking a case … well, sort of. The real truth is that they seem to be on the outside of the Brains tribe at the moment, or at least seems that way. Peter did tell us Wednesday night that he has no intention of ever getting rid of Debbie, since she does possess some value as someone not really playing the game.
Well, the preview for next week’s episode makes it seem that Debbie and Joe are about to embark on some sort of quest. Who knows what it is? Maybe they are going to find an immunity idol, or maybe they are going to find a way to secure some sort of alliance over Liz, who the former FBI agent in particular seems to want gone because of the way she tends to act around camp. We’re not sure which group will prevail, but for now the edit has certainly favored Debbie and Joe for being the bigger characters.
Elsewhere, the Brawn tribe is going to embark on a mad dash for the hidden immunity idol, which is hidden somewhere around the camp. As of right now, we’d say that Jason is probably the favorite to get it just because he’s the guy who seems to be the sneakiest. If you can think sneaky, you tend to be good at figuring out where these things are hidden. Of course, if it’s up in a tree doesn’t Scot have an advantage?
The one thing we really hope to see above all else is some sort of shakeup and a new tribe heading to tribal council, since we really want to start to see some other people sweat and strategize.
