‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 12, episode 11 video: April challenges Jackson on latest move

The relationship between April and Jackson on “Grey’s Anatomy” has definitely been shocking and then some over time, and there are a lot of different reasons for it. The latest example can be found in the sneak peek below, where April fights with him over the decision to serve her divorce papers right in the middle of the hospital.

Why in the world do this? It’s a good question, and we also feel like this is definitely a selfish move on his part to do it when it is convenient for him without really thinking about her feelings. However, it’s not exactly like April has been flawless in this marriage; he is clearly still struggling to get over the fact that she took off twice after they lost the baby, and that resentment has not gone away. It’s understandable that he would be upset, but serving papers in the hospital? It’s definitely a new level of cruel, given that all of her co-workers / patients are present and have to see her melting down.

We imagine that part of this episode (entitled “Unbreak My Heart”) is going to revolve around seeing if there is any way at all for these two to figure things out to a certain extent and try to move forward. We really want to believe that they can make some steps in the right direction … but we’d probably be more hopeful in the event that this was not “Grey’s Anatomy.” If you watch this show, you tend to know that bad things happen often.
