‘Scorpion’ season 2, episode 18 preview: ‘The Fast and the Nerdiest’ — plus ‘The Price Is Right’

Who wants to see Sylvester “come on down!” on “The Price is Right”? This sounds like a perfect way to start an episode of “Scorpion.” As for where we go from here, let’s just imagine that there will be a story much more high-octane than just a trip into winner’s row. (Seriously, we could do an entire article talking about “The Price is Right” if we really wanted to; we really love that show that much.)

The synopsis below for “The Fast and the Nerdiest” gives you a good sense of everything else that is coming up on this episode, and that includes some of the notable guest stars that you can expect to see:

“After Sylvester scores big on THE PRICE IS RIGHT, Team Scorpion must infiltrate a high-end car smuggling operation about to ship bioweapons to South America, on SCORPION, Monday, Feb. 29 (9:00-9:59 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Host Drew Carey and Announcer George Gray from THE PRICE IS RIGHT guest star as themselves. Eric Roberts and Joely Fisher guest star as Cabe’s old friends.”

This episode promises to bring fans a little bit of everything they love, plus something new. There will be some fun, some action, some notable figures, and of course a little bit of mystery still. One thing that is worth noting is that there’s probably going to be a pretty decent hiatus throughout the month of March, given that there are not too many episodes left this season following this one (think six).
