‘Once Upon a Time’ season 5, episode 12 photo: First look at Robbie Kay’s return as Pan!

While we know that “Once Upon a Time” has a variety of interesting episodes up its sleeve for the upcoming fifth season, few will more than likely stack up to the March 6 return entitled “Souls of the Departed.” This marks the 100th episode of the show, and as a result of that is also a tremendous opportunity to see the Underworld for the first time. Many familiar faces are going to be turning up, and the return of Robbie Kay as Pan is just the tip of the iceberg.

Still, we gotta say that it’s pretty amazing to see Kay in the photo above! This shows that Pan is going for a very different aesthetic while in the underworld, and it is not entirely clear just what he is going to be looking or hoping to have in the second part of the season. All we can assume is that he’s probably not thrilled about the chain of events that brought him to this place.

Some other returning names who have been booked for the 100th episode include Barbara Hershey (Cora) and Giancarlo Esposito (Sidney). We know that Victoria Smurfit (Cruella) will also return, but it will be a little bit later into the season and for more than just a single episode. For all of you Jamie Dornan fans, the sad reality is that Sheriff Graham is pretty unlikely to turn up given the actor’s super-busy schedule.

For now, we’re just happy to have Kay back on board. There was a time we were unsure if he would be turning up again.
