‘Castle’ season 8, episode 9 video: Check out a fun Nathan Fillion – Stana Katic scene!
We’ve been saying for the past couple of days that “Castle” Monday night was going to serve as an opportunity to see Castle and Beckett fans smile once more, and now, we have proof that you don’t even have to wait until the episode airs!
In the sneak peek below, you can see a fun scene for Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic that proves that the two are very much back together in private, even if they are not disclosing their relationship to anyone else just yet. She promises to clue him in on everything LokSat when the timing is right, and he trusts her to do so before they start to go about their day.
For those worried that maybe we are just going to see Caskett scenes at the beginning and end of this episode but nothing in between, have no fear: There’s a good bit of the two of them throughout. Even when the two are not in the same scene together, they communicate with each other in an interesting and at-times funny ways. There’s something fun that comes out of them pretending to be apart, mostly because we’re in on it at this point and we don’t have to worry about them splitting anymore. Also, they seem to be having fun on it. It’s like when someone makes an in-joke at work and you’re in on it; you feel special! The show’s working on getting that special feeling back now, and it’s amazing.
We’ll be back tonight with a full review of this episode (entitled “Tone Death”). Stay tuned!

Just saw the 9th episode. Pathetic the way they are treating Ryan and Espisito. I guess they are trying to save their lives too. I guess they will save mine next after they go through the entire cast.
Speaking of the cast. Is it true that Beckett had to introduce herself to the cast again? It was good to see her again though uncomfortable the way they are playing the together/apart scenario. Get the inane story line over for Pete’s sake.
Looked for fun in the episode as promised. Did manage a slight smile when Beckett said she was dating Dr Livingston.
What purpose did Alexis play in the episode other than a little computer hacking?
All in all an improvement but can be much better when they get rid of the ridiculous story lines.

How will Ryan and Espisito feel when they find out that they are the brunt of the together in private apart in public joke. Particularly when they know that Vikram was in on the search for LokSat all along.
