‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ season 7: Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Jacqueline Laurita will return
It’s been a long time since we’ve seen a proper season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” on the air, but rest assured that the show is coming back to Bravo later this year … and we’ve got the first news now on some of the returning cast.
It shouldn’t be much of a surprise to know first and foremost that Teresa Giudice will be on board. At the moment, she’s the show’s biggest draw given that she was recently released from prison after staying there for most of 2015 on fraud charges. The whole reason the show wasn’t on last year beyond a special is probably so that producers could wait for her. She will be joined by her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga (who is now on better terms with her after a lengthy feud in past seasons) and also Jacqueline Laurita, a longtime Teresa friend who at one point left the show in the midst of a wide array of drama.
Speaking to Bravo’s Daily Dish, here’s what the three ladies had to say.
Jacqueline – “I’m baaaaack! I can’t get enough of my Bravo family! Sometimes a little break is all I need to jump back in and bring my best! Looking forward to new beginnings. XOXO.”
Melissa – “We’re back! This season for me is all about family, fun, friendships and fashion. I can’t wait for you to see what we’ve been up to and how much our kids have grown.”
Teresa – “I am very excited to be back. For me, this season is all about letting go of the past and embracing the future. People are calling me Teresa 2.0.”
