‘Rizzoli & Isles’ season 6 spoilers: First details on two-hour winter premiere!

If you are excited to see how the story is going to be progressing on “Rizzoli & Isles” from the start of season 6 onward, wonder no more! We’ve got some further insight for you about the first two episodes of the second half of the season. Both are airing on February 16, and the top priority for the show is going to be figuring how to resolve the big cliffhanger following up on the attack on Maura’s life.

These synopsis are coming over to us courtesy of SpoilerTV.

“Hide and Seek” (9:00 p.m. Eastern) – “When Maura is abducted, nothing will stand in the way of Jane and the team bringing her home. Far away, Maura discovers a conspiracy that is bigger than just her kidnapping, with Jane as its ultimate target.”

“Murderjuana” (10:00) – “A security guard foils a robbery when he kills one of the robbers, despite being wounded himself. Jane and Maura work together to solve the case after the search for the robber’s accomplice raises some puzzling questions. Jane continues her quest to protect Maura and Angela. But is the price too high?”

The good news is that these two episodes do appear to be in some way linked, so it won’t be altogether jarring to move from one particular story to the next. The big thing that Jane does have to concern herself here is how far she is willing to go down the rabbit hole while protecting Maura and Angela. Will she risk her own life in the process? We’ve seen her in the past by rather reckless when it comes to protecting the people she loves.
