Is ‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 9, episode 14 new tonight? Valentine’s Day details!

Let’s start this “Big Bang Theory” article with the simple / aforementioned reminder: There is no new episode of the show airing on CBS Thursday night. We have yet another hiatus tonight, and then there will be a new episode on February 4 that revolves all around the first appearance of Meemaw (June Squibb), the long-discussed grandmother of Sheldon who has been very sweet and caring to him over the years.

Since we’ve already detailed this episode, we want to spend this particular article discussing something else instead: The first details on the upcoming Valentine’s Day episode entitled “The Valentino Submergence.” Some of the storylines from the prior episode will carry over, including Raj meeting a new woman who could cause some problems for his relationship with Emily. The synopsis below offers up some further details:

“Sheldon and Amy host a live Valentine’s Day episode of Fun with Flags, Leonard and Penny grapple with getting older, Howard and Bernadette find a surprise in their hot tub and Raj is torn between Emily and the cute girl he met at the Comic Book Store.”

Ultimately, it does seem like love is going to be in the air for at least some couples, but it could be falling apart for others! We are at the key point in Raj’s relationship in particular where some key decisions need to be made, since he’s getting to the territory now wheer things would start getting serious. Out of the remaining main characters, he is really the only person who has not figured it all out just yet.
