‘Supergirl’ episode 11 preview: Cat Grant challenges her team (yet again)

We wish we could say that there is something that is either spellbinding or shocking about the latest “Supergirl” sneak peek that we have for you below, but the reality is that this is not the case. Ultimately, it is more of what we have expected to see from the world of CatCo, with Cat Grant doing what she can to ensure that she gets the details that she wants regarding the arrival of Senator Miranda Crane to National City.

What we know about Crane is rather simple: She’s very much against aliens, and wants to keep them separate from humanity as much as she can. This in turn will lead to a White Martian kidnapping her, and it puts Supergirl in a difficult position: She has to work in order to rescue someone who at her core really doesn’t have the best interest in her own kind.

The sneak peek below comes to you courtesy of Zap2It, and it features Cat doing what she can to challenge her team to get the information on Crane before anyone else. There’s a legal angle that can be explored with Lucy, and James Olsen wants to use a certain connection to his advantage.

Ultimately, what we really want to see here more so than anything else is an opportunity to have Cat get closer to figuring out Supergirl’s alter ego again. We imagine that producers wanted to keep her in the dark a little while longer, but to us the story will be much more exciting when she knows.
