Fans of “The Bachelor,” we’ve made it: Today marks the final show spotlight of the season, and with Tiara Soleim, we have someone who has the potential to be interesting … at least based on her job listing.
So what is a “chicken enthusiast”? That’s something we’re going to try to decipher alongside other important aspects of this competition, such as whether or not Ben Higgins will be genuinely interested in making a relationship work with her.
Age – 26. Age doesn’t always matter, but there is sometimes something to be said for having some common ground.
Occupation – Yep, chicken enthusiast. Yes, Tiara does love chickens. She apparently loves all sorts of animals, which really does make us wonder: Does she eat chicken? We’re probably a chicken enthusiast in that way, though we also admittedly love the birds, too. (For those curious, Tiara’s actual job is a dental assistant, which is far less interesting.)
Location – Redmond, Washington. It’s a Seattle suburb that we know mostly for it being home to a Microsoft campus and also the headquarters of Nintendo of America.
Things to know – Tiara also has a horse to go along with chickens, and she likes to be the center of attention. That may be hard for this show, given that there are more than two dozen women competing for the attention of one man. She does have a romantic side, as well, but we imagine that “must love chickens” is high on the list.
Strengths – She’s obviously a caring person to love chickens as much as she does, since these are animals that need a great degree of care. She also comes across as fun, outgoing, and someone who will not get lost in the shuffle this season.
Problem areas – We wouldn’t be surprised if she carries a chicken to meet Ben, or even if production puts her in a chicken suit. The reality here seems to be that she’s going to be completely used as one of the goofy people on the first night. That’s an immediate disadvantage; even if she does try to be serious, she’ll have an uphill battle.
Prediction – We just don’t see it happening for Tiara. She may be gone the first night, just because she’s being set up as one of these people who is there for quick entertainment and that’s it. Hopefully we’re surprised, mostly because we want to see what her hometown date is like.
