‘Chicago PD’ season 3, episode 10 video: Watch new Sophia Bush – Jesse Lee Soffer scene

“Chicago PD” is making you wait until Wednesday, January 6 to see its next new episode, and it’s going to be a big one. It is the conclusion of a three-part crossover with “Chicago Fire” and “Chicago Med,” and it could hold some major consequences for Voight and many other people.

In case you missed the reports yesterday, the doctor at the center of the sneak peek below is someone who treated Voight’s late wife, and when it is revealed in the “Chicago Med” part of the crossover (airing January 5) that he over-medicated many of his patients, there will be questions as to whether or not he did something to leave Voight a widower much earlier than he would be otherwise.

It’s not entirely clear whether or not Lindsay (Sophia Bush) and Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer) know the connection between the doctor and Voight in the sneak peek, but they make it very clear that they intend to get justice for what has happened. At first he appears to be somewhat diplomatic and even helpful to the cause, but this begins to change once he starts to realize that they not just curious about his actions. He starts to be incredibly condescending to Lindsay, which only in turn makes her more determined to take him down.

While there are no guarantees of happy endings in this world, we have to hope that there will be some answers by the end of the crossover. Voight is a guy who has suffered plenty throughout his life, and he doesn’t need anything else to pile on the misery.
