‘Girl Meets World’ season 3: Do we have our first episode titles?

Have the writers of “Girl Meets World” delivered a gift to us this holiday season? We’re certainly starting to think so, based on the post below from the show’s official writers room.

Of this group, it is probably pretty easy to predict that “Girl Meets High School” will be the premiere, given that season 2 ended with the main characters (or at least the younger ones) graduating from middle school, and this is the sort of show that really likes to have them in this sort of environment since it ensures that they spend a lot of time together. As for what this means for Cory’s involvement given that he is a middle school teacher, that remains to be seen. (Personally, we’d be game for seeing more stories about summer vacation, but given that this is a multi-camera show with specific sets that are frequently revisited, this is unlikely.)

Some other episodes that stand out right away to us include “Girl Meets Triangle” (since it easily could be about the relationship between Maya, Lucas, and Riley) and also “Girl Meets Ski Lodge,” mostly because this does look like one of those rare opportunities for the characters to get away from their typical surroundings. We could also imagine the “Upstate” episode being some sort of prelude to it, almost as though they are traveling to the ski lodge.

We don’t want to get too far ahead of ourselves just yet, though, mostly because there are still some other “Girl Meets World” episodes to air for season 2! The first episode of the new year, “Girl Meets STEM,” will air on Friday, January 8.
