‘The Fall’ season 3: Tiny progress report for Jamie Dornan, cast
Just in case you wanted the tiniest bit of further confirmation that production is underway on season 3 of “The Fall,” know this: Jamie Dornan has now been seen multiple times in Belfast over the past weeks, reprising his role as the infamous Paul Spector. We are not a site that posts set pictures (it goes against our philosophy to promote something that inhibits production or gives away spoilers), but Paul is clearly back in action.
For those of you wondering whether or not the idea of Paul being alive is much of a spoiler, here’s what we can say to that in response: It’s not. Dornan was confirmed to be returning a long time ago, and with that, did you really think they would bring the show back just to let him die minutes later following the events of the season 2 finale?
In the end, this show is about Stella Gibson (Gillian Anderson) and her search for him, to go along with trying to come to terms with who this man is and some of the complicated things that he has done. There is at times a lot to digest as a viewer.
Filming for the new season is going to continue in Northern Ireland going into the new year, and we’ll have some other news as it starts to come out. For now, our general feeling is that the show is probably going to come on with new episodes at some point in 2016, so we’ll be happy to announce that when some further information is known.
