‘Outlander’ season 2: New teaser (and upcoming Sam Hueghan – Caitriona Balfe Facebook chat)

If you are not particularly social-media savvy, we’ve got a couple of nice “Outlander” updates for you courtesy of the show. They’ve been rather kind to share them as a part of their #OutlanderOfferings series, and today is no exception!

1. The Randall family tree – You can see in the photo at the bottom of this article (via the show’s Twitter page) how important this will be in the second season, which we certainly believe to be true. There are many dots to connect, after all, in between the feared Black Jack Randall and Frank, Claire’s husband at the start of the series, and someone who is hopefully going to turn up once more in some capacity during season 2.

2. An upcoming Facebook chat – For those of you who love stars Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe, they will be chatting on Facebook on Friday morning! There is no specific time for it just yet due to the shooting schedule (all we know is that it will be the morning in the United States), but it will be available for replay after it is over. We presume that they’ll have a few stories about filming the second season to share, though nothing that is completely stuff full of spoilers.

We’re going to try to check it out at some point, and provide a few more assorted highlights for all of those curious. Given that there are still many months to go until season 2 of “Outlander” premieres on Starz, we can only imagine that there is more great stuff coming up following this in the future!
