‘Blindspot’ spoilers: ‘Hannibal’ alum checks in as love interest for…

Zapata! The answer we are looking for her is Zapata!

We’re always glad to see “Hannibal” alumni make their way onto anything, and while a “Hannibal” revival would be at the top of our wish-list, this is still pretty good, as well. According to Entertainment Weekly, Abrams is going to play a “drive” U.S. Attorney who develops feelings for the character … but this is going to be somewhat problematic when you remember here that Zapata has a serious mole status going on.

This episode is going to be airing at some point in March, at least a few weeks after the show returns from its midseason hiatus. It also seems to be adding to the surprisingly romantic story threads that are happening at the moment on “Blindspot.” We already know that Jane and Weller have kissed, and that is something that will more than likely be explored in its own way when the show comes back on the air in February.

“Blindspot” has been for the most part a revelation on NBC, drawing big ratings and getting plenty of attention. This is ultimately the sort of show that any guest star would want to appear in, mostly because of the fact it draws good ratings and the show is critically-acclaimed enough that doing well in this will help to ensure that there are some other good roles coming up for you in the near future.
