‘Homeland’ season 5, episode 10 video: Carrie pleads to Dar Adal

Sunday night’s new episode of “Homeland” is just about upon us, and there is one question that you should already be wondering: Is there any way whatsoever for Carrie Mathison to find herself security? She knows the truth about Allison, but has to find a way to convince others of it. That is going to be no easy task.

For a prime example of this, just take a look at how the sneak peek below features Carrie pressing Dar Adal about Allison’s true allegiance, and that her entire career was in one way or another a way for her to set up everything that is transpiring right now. Unfortunately for her, F. Murray Abraham’s character is not that interested in listening, citing much of the good work that Allison has done in the world of espionage over the years.

If this discussion was between Carrie and Saul or Carrie and David, were David still around on the show, maybe there’d be a different result. The issue here is that there are already plenty of trust issues with Dar Adal, and those are not things that we see changing at any point in the near future.

We’re going to have some other updates coming up on “Homeland” after tonight’s episode, so be on the lookout for them! Given that there are only a few hours left, there are quite a few loose ends that this show is going to need to tie up in some shape or form.
