‘Scorpion’ season 2, episode 11 video: Is Walter not dealing with Megan’s death?

Scorpion -It will have been two weeks since Megan’s death by the time “Scorpion” airs a new episode on Monday, but the show is actually going to be jumping forward an even longer period of time in “The Old College Try” … think a month and a half. Walter will have been given a significant amount of time to grieve, but the problem will soon reveal itself to be that he is not altogether interested in taking the time to feel better.

As a matter of fact, Paige accuses him in the sneak peek below of trying to use another situation involving Ray to mask what he is feeling. There’s obviously truth to what she is saying, but he’s just not that interested in hearing it. He claims that he was “put off” by losing his sister, and even by using these particular words you get a sense that he’s not dealing with this well.

While we assume that this episode (which involves Team Scorpion going undercover at a college) is going to have its fair share of fun moments, we’re glad to see that they are not forgetting at the same time that there is an elephant in the room. If the series did not address this like the important game-changer that it is in his life, we’d be concerned. The only reason that we question if they would bring it up is because the show is a procedural, and often these do have a habit of just humping from one specific topic to the next.

We’ll have another sneak peek for Monday night’s new episode a little later in the weekend, so be sure to come back to get some more insight into what could be coming up next.
