‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ preview: Can Porsha Williams, Cynthia Bailey patch things up?

Anytime that the ladies on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” (or any version of the show, for that matter) get together, bad things tend to happen … especially if they are getting together for the sake of fun or charity. The boat party was meant to be the former, but for one reason or another, it ended with Cynthia Bailey and Porsha Williams going at each other in a pretty shocking way. It was one of the nastiest arguments that we’ve had a chance to see, and Sunday night’s installment is going to focus mostly on how some of these people are going to move forward … provided that they can.

Before we do anything else, let’s start here by sharing the official synopsis for the installment below:

“Cynthia and Porsha’s argument quickly takes a turn for the worse and drama ensues on what was supposed to be a fun, girl’s booze cruise. Back on land, the group is in discord as everyone’s version of what happened causes conflict amongst the ladies. In the aftermath of the lake trip, Peter returns home from Charlotte to console Cynthia, forcing them to work on their marriage. Kandi visits the doctor and comes face-to-face with some troubling news. Kenya and Porsha meet to discuss the altercation between Porsha and Cynthia, but the conversation quickly turns into a reminder of their troubled past. The ladies then all come together in an attempt to unite the group and repair the splintered friendships.”

Who wants to bet that this story is far from over? For now, it appears like perfect content for the reunion, if nothing else.
