‘Once Upon a Time’ season 5 spoilers: ‘Devil’s Due’ and a new script tease!
We’ve got a pair of separate teasers for you related to “Once Upon a Time” before Sunday night’s new episode airs, but we begin by doing something that we have not done here in some time: Discuss episode titles!
Per executive producers Adam Horowitz, the name of the upcoming 14th episode of this season (airing in March) is “Devil’s Due,” which is written by the prolific / fantastic Jane Espenson. For those who are wondering, the first three titles of the spring season are “Souls of the Departed” (the 100th episode), “Labor of Love,” and then this one. The title “Devil’s Due” is further evidence that the mysterious character, known only so far as The Distinguished Gentleman, is probably meant to be either Hades, Lucifer, or someone of this variety. It certainly seems like we’re getting more into Greek mythology.
To quote Monty Python, and not for something completely different. We’ve got a separate tease from Horowitz below that gives you a further sense of just how far Snow and Charming are going to be willing to go on Sunday night in an effort to ensure that they can save Emma. It also is a reminder that the two share a heart, which is something that is fairly easy to forget about when you consider the million or so other things that the two consistently have to deal with. This is not a show where they are able to take breaks from the chaos very often!
Be sure to come back tonight after the episode airs, as we plan on giving you a full review of everything that transpires!
