‘Survivor Cambodia: Second Chance’ episode 9 video: Jeff Probst lays it out on the line

Advantages. They are something that you really want in the game of “Survivor,” provided of course you are in a position to need them. Our feeling is that it is better still to not want an advantage if you know you’re in a safe spot since it avoids putting a target on you, but there are certain people on Wednesday’s episode who should feel vulnerable. Look at Kelley, Ciera, Abi-Maria, or even someone like Joe or Stephen.

This is what makes Jeff Probst’s comments in the video below all the more important. He is at the immunity challenge to give someone a chance to step off and earn some sort of key advantage in the game. The twist? Well as we said, they have to step off. They have to be willing to risk something in this game for an unknown. That is not a particularly easy thing for most people to do. If you are someone like Ciera, we’d of course get this in a heartbeat since she’s probably not winning the challenge in the first place. For Joe, meanwhile, he may be better off fighting for the necklace.

What may cause people to make an irrational decision in the event of this challenge is the weather. This is taking place in a complete downpour, and it looks miserable. These platforms would probably not be easy to stay standing on in the event that it wasn’t raining, but this weather is going to make it a million times worse.
