ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 8, episode 8 spoilers: First photo from ‘Mr. & Mrs. Castle’

One day after giving many “Castle” fans what they’ve been wanting for some time in a real, genuine Castle – Beckett moment, the show is now propelling forward into next week’s fall finale entitled “Mr. & Mrs. Castle” … and we’ve already got a first-look photo for you of what to expect.

As you can see above, Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic’s characters are going to spend some time at sea in this episode, trying to solve a murder case when the killer is still more than likely aboard the ship. They’ll have to work together exclusively more than they have at any point this season, and given that the title is meant to be a nod to “Mr. & Mrs. Smith,” there could be some fun spy sequences in here as well. It’s a different sort of case than we’ve seen lately, and there’s a little bit of a murder-mystery-dinner quality to it since you’re putting people in an enclosed environment with little means to escape.

We don’t think any of the photos that we’ve seen of the episode so far are particularly spoiler-heavy, but we’re all right with that mostly because of the that this episode has been teased to be a big one for the Caskett relationship, and also for setting up what the next part of the season will look like. We don’t want to think that we are being set up for a fall here; after all, we definitely didn’t expect all the good stuff to happen even on last night’s episode!
