‘The X Factor’ UK: 4th Impact would love to take part in One Direction performance
If you remember back to many past seasons of “The X Factor,” there is one thing that has become quite the time-honored tradition: Watching finalists perform with ridiculously famous people. It’s a chance to show them what real life could be life, and for the stars performing, it’s that shot in the arm of publicity that never hurts!
While 4th Impact certainly has a ways to go to make it to the point where such a performance could be possible, they are making it clear that this is something that they would love to do. Specifically, they want to do it with One Direction. Speaking to new! magazine, band member and eldest sister Almira said the following about when the group met Liam Payne:
“We couldn’t speak at all. He hugged us and kissed all of us! We were just like, ‘Oh my god.’ We have a dream to see them and perform with them one day. Even if it’s just as back up singers and dancers.”
Given that the group was featured on the show and it is how they got their start, we do think such a collaboration would be possible in the finale, even though eight people would be a lot to have on stage. We do think one other possibility is that their own mentor in Cheryl Fernandez-Virsini could join them for a performance, similar in a way to what we saw Tulisa do with Little Mix back when they were on the show in the final.
