‘American Horror Story: Hotel’ spoilers: First look at winter finale!

While the winter finale of “American Horror Story: Hotel” may still be weeks away, it’s never too early to get some news on what to expect! The title for this installment is going to be “She Gets Revenge” (which certainly sounds ominous), and the synopsis below via SpoilerTV gives you some news on what to expect:

“Alex enlists John’s help in containing an outbreak. Donovan learns The Countess’ true intentions. Liz and Iris plan to leave the hotel for good.”

It’s hard to comment much specifically on a synopsis when the actual episode is still many weeks from airing, but we do feel still like we are in enough of a position to ask the following: Did we really need to wait until this point in the show to reveal what the Countess’ intentions may have been? It could have been potentially better for the show if some of this was unveiled a little bit more during the early going rather than keeping it under wraps for so long.

As for Liz wanting to leave the Hotel Cortez, this feels to us almost like something that really should have been done even sooner than this. Just consider for a moment here what happened to Tristan, and how that should teach her even more about what sort of person Lady Gaga’s character is. She is not even remotely interested in the happiness of some of the employees of the hotel. She wants what she wants, regardless of the consequences or the outcome.
