‘The X Factor’ UK: 4th Impact member Celina fine after passing out

During the live “X Factor” performance show on Saturday, we witnessed what was a truly scary moment as 4th Impact member Celina passed out right before hitting the stage. There was an ambulance called, and at one point it was strongly considered that they use rehearsal footage rather than coming out and performing on the show.

Luckily, Celina was able to come out and perform with the group just fine; not only that, but it was a particularly strong performance to go along with it. The judges and the audience loved it, and after the show the group made it clear on Twitter (see below) that she is doing just fine. We expect to see them back on the results show on Sunday, where they area almost sure to be declared safe.

For the time being, we think that they are one of the strong favorites to potentially win the entire competition. They’ve got a great mentor in Cheryl Fernandez-Virsini, plenty of support from the other judges, and a huge audience in the Philippines. The truth is that in one form or another almost every contestant is going to face adversity at one point or another on the show; it is really all about how they bounce back that really matters.

We’ll be back tomorrow morning with a full preview for the upcoming results show, which is for now a little bit of mystery. After all, the majority of the acts were extremely well-received on the show, and there were no major slams on any of the singers.
