‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 3, episode 7 preview: Melinda confronts Andrew about secret

On this past episode of “Agents of SHIELD” we know many fans were just as blown away as we were, and there was one simple reason for it: The big reveal that Lash is actually none other than Andrew in disguise. The man had such a deep past connection to Melinda May, and yet at the same time he either harbored a big secret or his transformation is something a little bit more recent.

While we cannot guarantee just yet that there are going to be answers Tuesday night, the sneak peek video below still makes one matter abundantly clear: We are going to see May confront him over everything that she has learned. She has realized how close he was in proximity to many incidents, and she’s interviewed the key witness who told her everything she needed to know. While Blair Underwood’s character at first does everything that he can in order to dodge the questions that are coming at him, eventually he realizes that there is nothing he can do. This is when he points the gun at her.

Are we going to see this conversation turn even more violent than this? It’s possible, but we actually hope that this conclusion is a little more emotional than physical. We know that May is the Cavalry for a reason, and that she can take down many an opponent. This is different, and we want time to properly understand just what happened to Lash to begin this transformation, if there is anything that can be done, and if he wants this change to be permanent.
