‘Poldark’ season 2 spoilers: New behind-the-scenes teasers of Aidan Turner, cast in action

For all of those who love the BBC’s “Poldark,” we understand immensely the gravity of the hiatus. It’s a long one! There are no new episodes airing on the network until the spring, and the only thing that we can give you now to tide you over are some behind-the-scenes images from the show’s official Twitter page!

Still, aren’t these at least fun? They are some other teasers into the sort of work that is being done with Aidan Turner in the cast. It’s a long, exhausting process this year, and it is even more work in some ways since the first season. There are ten episodes this time, and thanks to the show’s season 1 success probably even more work being put into finding the best locations and ambitious sequences.

Hopefully, though, the show will not waste too much time trying to turn things around after the devastating tragedy at the end of season 1, something that left us wondering whether or not a happy ending for Ross at the end of the show was even possible. Luckily, there is time for things to turn around.

As for when we could see a first promo for the new season or some further details from the BBC, be prepared to wait for a while. Since it will probably be April before the show premieres, we figure that it will not be until early next year when the show starts to pick up its promotional efforts. Viewers in America, meanwhile, may have to wait even longer.
