‘Scream Queens’ episode 8 preview: What’s next for Emma Roberts, cast in ‘Mommie Dearest’?

Tuesday night’s new episode of “Scream Queens” brought back a variety of interesting subjects into the mix, whether you are talking about the return of Ariana Grande to some more clues as the possible endgame for the Red Devils. This show is building towards something both interesting and very violent, and we’re starting to learn more of just what it could be.

Next week’s new installment is entitled “Mommie Dearest,” and it appears based on the synopsis below that both house mothers and mother figures could each end up becoming focuses of the story in their own way:

“Grace enlists Chanel’s help to learn more about KKT’s past, and ends up realizing she might not be so different from her nemesis after all. Dean Munsch goes “psycho” when she becomes the latest target of the Red Devils. Meanwhile, Denise becomes the new house mother of Kappa House and a shocking figure from the past returns.”

We don’t expect this particular installment to deliver much in the way of answers that satisfy anyone for the long-term. However, even if this installment just gets us a little closer to the end of the road for this season, we’ll be happy. We do still have a ways to go before the story ultimately unravels. So long as we continue to laugh (and the ratings stay at a level that at least makes us think that a second season could be possible), we are going to be happy in the end.
