‘Bones’ season 11 spoilers: Do Booth and Brennan give ‘Sleepy Hollow’ duo certain perspective?

Let’s face it: The majority of “Sleepy Hollow” fans seem to ‘ship Ichabod and Abbie together more than they do either one of them with another person. That does not necessarily mean that the two are getting together anytime soon, but is it possible that being around Booth and Brennan can give them something to think about during the upcoming “Bones” crossover? Maybe unconsciously, since we’re not quite sure it will be brought up in the episode itself.

What we can give you is a pretty fun quote from David Boreanaz to Entertainment Weekly, one where he speculates on whether or not Crane and Abbie will learn a little bit from seeing his character in action with his wife during the two that the groups spend together:

“Maybe Crane and Abbie see us and say, ‘Wow the possibilities could be endless.’ [Then, I could say] ‘I ended up marrying my partner. I ended up having children with my partner.’”

In our recent ‘Shiptober article about Ichabod and Abbie, we said that there is definitely a reason to bring them together because they already have that unbreakable connection as Witnesses that makes them very different from the vast majority of other couples that are currently out there. However, at the same time this is far from a guarantee, since we could imagine the show wanted to go in a little bit of a different direction and not pair the characters up, just for the sake of being different than some others that are out there. Plus, both have clearly had other love interests.
