‘Shark Tank’ video: Three Jerks Jerky, the Skinny Mirror look to impress

Sometimes, we’re happy to only get one “Shark Tank” video to share in these Friday articles before new episodes air. With this in mind, we feel very lucky today to have two! While they only offer us a tiny snapshot of what is going to be coming during this episode, it is certainly better than not having anything at all.

1. The journey of Three Jerks Jerky – This video is simply the pitch from the jerky company, but it’s fun! It is very energetic, and they make it clear what makes their brand stand out: Better quality beef from a different part of the cow. Sure, there’s nothing altogether proprietary about this, but given that they have a good brand, there is money to be made … though we do worry about whether or not this jerky is too expensive to appeal to some out there.

2. The Skinny Mirror does its part – We’ve been certainly less bullish when it comes to this product coming into the Tank. Does it promote good self-esteem? Maybe if you don’t own any other mirrors. The problem we see here is that the moment you look into another mirror, you may not feel anywhere as good anymore! We really just don’t understand the point of it.

If you think we’re being harsh about this product, just wait until you see what Kevin O’Leary has to say about it below. He’s never a particularly kind person when it comes to products he doesn’t believe in, but this still takes it to another level. We don’t foresee good things coming out of this.
