‘Finding Carter’ season 2, episode 16 preview: It all falls apart with Taylor, Max, and Gabe

You knew that this was bound to happen sooner rather than later on “Finding Carter” season 2: Max, Taylor, and Gabe falling apart at the seams. Taylor’s lack of transparency when it comes to Gabe’s feelings was at least part of the problem, and the other was her trying to force Max into trying to befriend him as a way to help settle some of his grief. There are times on this show where someone does approach a plan with the purest of intentions, but even when this happens, more often than not there are still instances where it all starts to fall apart.

You can see in the brief synopsis below for “The Sound and the Fury” (per TV Guide) that one of the major components of the episode is going to be the continuing conflict between Max, Taylor, and Gabe, but that’s not the only issue at hand that needs to be resolved:

“Carter hits it off with someone new; and figures out how to save the bar. In other events, Max takes Grant under his wing; and things come to a head between Max, Taylor and Gabe.”

Unfortunately, there is nothing in this synopsis that serves as a resource for answers on the subject of Ben and Carter. At the end of Tuesday night’s episode, he decided to skip town, feeling as though he was used and distrusted. Sooner or later, maybe he will turn back up, but if he does, is it even remotely possible that he will ever trust Carter as he once did?
