‘Chicago PD’ season 2, episode 4 video: The quest to stop James Beckett

Wednesday night’s new episode of “Chicago PD” will have many focuses, but one of the primary ones is going to be touching back into Voight’s past. He is someone who has an extremely dangerous man in James Beckett after him, and the quest at this point is to make sure Intelligence gets to him before anything the other way around takes place.

Luckily, the sneak peek below seems to hint at a successful mission. With the help of his workforce, Beckett is cornered within the back of a taxicab, and it seems like they finally have the guy … with an emphasis on the word “seemingly.” The thing that you do have to remember here is that in this world, nothing is ever as easy as it seems, and this could be something that we see develop and twist into some crazy ways moving forward. One of the things that you always have to worry about with Voight is that there are always at least a few people who want to see him dead.

For the time being, we’ll just take this as a sign that we can (at least temporarily) take a deep sigh of relief … one that will probably be short-lived. By the end of this episode, the actions of Voight and some other members of his team could lead to some dire consequences and potentially even danger.
