‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 9, episode 6 preview: Sheldon and Leonard hit the black market

Big Bang Theory -Next week’s new episode of “The Big Bang Theory” is going to be a big one on CBS for a variety of different reasons. For one, this marks the last episode of the show on Monday night before moving to its traditional timeslot on Thursdays. Also, this is the last episode before “Supergirl” premieres right after on the network.

“The Helium Insufficiency” is the title for this upcoming episode, and it is going to continue many of the themes that you saw on tonight’s episode whether it be Amy’s future adventures in dating and also Penny and Bernadette doing almost everything that they can in order to help. Just take a look at the synopsis below for some details about what to expect:

“In the midst of a nation-wide helium shortage, Sheldon and Leonard take desperate measures to get the supplies they need. Also, Penny and Bernadette download a dating app on Amy’s phone to try and find her a new man, on THE BIG BANG THEORY, Monday, Oct. 26 (8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. Michael Rapaport guest stars Kenny, a black market dealer.”

This may be the first episode that features Amy in particular really starting to take a look at dating other people. She was hesitant to accept a proposal from Barry tonight, but could that change now that she knows that Sheldon asked a couple of women out at a sports bar? It’s something that has to be considered, and it could cause Sheldon to look more at many of his own mistakes.
