‘Girl Meets World’ season 2, episode 22 preview: ‘Girl Meets Texas’ comes to a close

“Girl Meets World” has spent the past two days bringing you what is in its mind an epic story in “Girl Meets Texas,” one that moves away from some of the typical sets and puts the young characters in more challenging positions. It is great for people who want to see some tremendous movement in the Maya – Lucas – Riley love triangle, but for those of you out there who are diehard fans of the original “Boy Meets World,” the sentiment may be a little different. There isn’t too much nostalgia in these episodes, but instead there is more traditional Disney Channel charm than anything else.

So what can we tell you right now about Part 3 of the event? Well, we’re going back to New York, the bay window, and all of the other familiar settings that we’ve come to know very well on the show. However, these young characters are not going to be coming back completely the same. They have to face the aftermath of some of their decisions, and friendships could change as a result of it.

The one thing that we’d caution you of before seeing this episode is that it is not necessarily true that this episode will tie a neat little bow around the love triangle of sorts. There are more episodes still to come this season, and you will get a chance to see these stories play out over the weeks ahead.

Among those stories? You will get a chance to see one around New Year’s, and an episode that appears to be at least in part about the aforementioned bay window.
