‘Gotham’ season 2 spoilers: Will Oswald strike back on Theo Galavan?

Oswald -During this past episode of “Gotham,” Oswald Cobblepot found himself in a situation that he has not been in for much of the second season so far: Vulnerable. Theo Galavan made the move to hold is mother hostage, knowing that in doing so he would be able to get him to do some of his bedding.

Unfortunately for Theo, he may have opened a can of worms he had no business touching. One thing that we know about the Penguin is that he does love revenge, and come the upcoming seventh episode of the season entitled “Mommy’s Little Monster” (airing on November 2), he will do whatever he can to get it. Just take a look at the synopsis, per SpoilerTV, below:

“Butch leads Penguin and his men to the warehouse where Gertrude is being held, as Penguin plots his revenge on Galavan for kidnapping his mother. Meanwhile, Nygma deals with the aftermath of a deadly accident.”

We don’t want to completely ignore the Nygma story here, mostly because of how this particular plot has changed over the past couple of weeks. This is someone who really should be happy, given that he finally has some sort of relationship with Kris Kringle, and nobody really thinks that he is crazy anymore (even though he is actively engaged in conversations with a very evil form of himself).

Maybe by the end of this episode we’ll learn a thing or two about whether or not Gertrude can be saved, and whether Galavan’s actions will leave his time in Gotham relatively short.
