‘The Vampire Diaries’ season 7, episode 3 preview: The Ian Somerhalder – Kat Graham story of ‘Age of Innocence’

tvd -Thursday night’s episode of “The Vampire Diaries” was chaotic, and for so many reasons. Elena remained a subject of conversation thanks to the placement of her body, while Bonnie had a complicated plan involving temporarily allowing Matt to die.

So where are we moving heading into next week’s “Age of Innocence”? How about a road trip! The synopsis for “Age of Innocence” below teases such an event for Damon, Bonnie, and Alaric as the three all join forces with one primary goal in mind: Trying to figure out if there is a way if at all possible in order to stop Lily. Also, there’s some other information coming up about the Heretics, and also some secrets starting to come out:

“In the aftermath of a clever plan orchestrated by Lily (Annie Wersching), Damon (Ian Somerhalder) sets off on a road trip with Bonnie (Kat Graham) and Alaric (Matt Davis) in search of leverage they can use against his mother.  Meanwhile, Caroline (Candice King), who is being held hostage by the Heretics, learns some shocking information about Valerie’s past, while Stefan (Paul Wesley) learns a few unexpected details about his own past from Lily. Finally, Alaric turns to Bonnie for her help after coming clean about a secret he’s been keeping.”

By the end of this episode, we hope that we get a few more surprises, and also a little bit of a reason to have hope for Mystic Falls. If there is one thing that we’ve learned so far this season, it’s that this is a community that really needs a win.
